it was a low cost hotel that covered all our needs. the rooms were spotlessly clean & modest. there was good gourmet restaurant with delicious meals.

The value for money at Step Town was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel's location provided a great view of the city, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

In-house restaurant has fresh food choices. The hotel provides a fantastic service.

We loved staying at this hotel! the location is great, with interesting bird species to be seen in the surrounding gardens. the restaurant has a variety of tasty food options, including the goat stew and cordon bleu. the staff are extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay feel like we were at home. the rooms are well-maintained, with cleaning done by attentive staff. the breakfast includes fresh and well-prepared food, and the guest computer in the conference room is a helpful facility.

Something to note is that some services come with an expectation of a tip, which can feel awkward if not wanted.
